Phosphor Copper Shot effectively removes oxygen from molten metal and improves metal casting fluidity.

The 15 percent phosphorus dissolves quickly in copper, brass and bronze.

For best results and reduced waste, add the shot to molten metal in small quantities and repeat if necessary.

Nominal Composition:

Approximate Dosage: 30grams Phosphor Copper Shot to 50 Kilograms Metal (1-4 granules per kilogram)

Dosage will need to adjusted to suit your specific requirements.

The aim is to improve fluidity, and reduce metal porosity.

Over dossing can cause to much fluidity that could lead to mold leakage.
