Item 1

Gas Furnace

Furnace has been insulated with IFB 23 Fire Bricks. Rated to 1260 degrees Celsius.

Used for melting Aluminium and Bronze.

Runs an air-venturi 1 ¼” Gas Burner with safety shut off solenoid.

Setup to fit an A30 Crucible. 10 Spare crucibles available.

Included lifting tongs and pouring shank.and 45kg Gas Bottle controll box.

Item 2

Electric Furnace

Furnace has been designed and used for melting Aluminium in Die-Casting manufacturing.

3 Phase 18 Amps

Control box has been tested and is in working order.

Furnace needs to be connected to controller and 3 Phase power outlet.

Setup to fit an AT300 Crucible. Crucible

Sheet steel out and steel frame. Castable refractory internal.

Height – 750mm.

Internal diameter 500mm. Internal Height – 560mm
