We Guarantee the products we sell.

Our guarantee gives you the peace of mind to shop with us with confidence.

This is easy for us because we use all the products we sell. If it's no good we don't use it and we don't sell it.

Please contact us within 30days of your purchase any items are faulty, not fit for purpose or don't match the item description or don't work to your satisfaction.

We will cover the freight for any replacement items.

The process of a return is:-

• Contact us and let us know the problem.
• We might ask for a photo of the product.
• Next we send you a postage label and you send the item back to us.
• We will either send you a replacment if the product is faulty, or send you a refund.

​Green Sand Foundry has been selling Foundry Supplies since 2016 and to date we have not had one return due to not fit for purpose, did not match the item description or did not work to someones satisfaction.

Items damaged during postage were replaced at no cost to the customer.
